Positives-Dallas Clark is a very good receiver, in fact he may have had the best hands on the Iowa team this year. He can catch the ball over the middle, or be a solid down the field threat. He also gets off the line of scrimmage fairly quickly. He is fairly raw, since he came to Iowa as linebacker.
Negatives- Clarks is a very average blocker. He has some injury concerns since he missed 2 starts in 2001, and received a medical red-shirt in 99. He is also a little undersized at 244 pounds.

Bottom Line: Dallas is a great blocking and receiving TE. He catches the ball well using his hands. He does a wonderful job catching the ball away from his body. He does a terrific job finding holes in defenses and getting open. He's extremely reliable. Very smart. He lacks great speed, which will hurt him. An average athlete. He has good not great size. Look for Dallas to go in rounds 2-3. He may sneak into the late part of the first with a good showing at the combine.
Overall- Dallas may be the best receiving tight end in the draft. He lacks great size, and blocking ability.
