Positives-Jason is one of the toughest players in the draft. He can take a hugh hit one play, and on the very next throw a 50-yard touchdown pass. He is also a team leader, and he is the type of the leader you want on your team. Jason is a very accurate short passer. He also has solid mobility.    

Negatives-Gesser is an overachiever, who may lack the skills to play at the pro level.  He does not have the arm to throw some of the longer passes at the NFL level. He is also on the small side at 6-0 and 195 pounds.
