Positives-Griffin is the top 3rd down back in the draft. He has the speed to go the distance, and the hands to catch the ball out of the backfield. He also has tremendous power, and balance for his size. He is also patient, and will wait for holes to develop.
Negatives-The main concern with him is size. The fact that he is only 5-7 and 190 pounds make him a 3rd down back. If he were bigger he could have been a first round pick. He also plays in a spread offense, which gives him more room to run.
Overall-The major concern with him is size, and he will be forced to be a 3rd down back. That being said there is no reason he can't be one of the top 3rd down backs in the game.
