Positives- Sultan is one of the fastest running backs in the NFL. He also has very good hands, which allows him to catch the ball out of the backfield. He also has very good vision.

Negatives-The main concern with McCullough is his lack of size. I also am a little worried about the fact he never had a hugh year at USC. He also lacks the power to be an every down back.

Overall-I see Sultan as a very good 3rd down back in the NFL.
