Player Rankings

My rankings include seniors only. Updated on 7-29-02

Quarterbacks

1. Byron Leftwich Marshall

The next John Elway? Right now the #1 pick in the draft.

2. Dave Ragone Louisville

Dave is very accurate, and smart. He is not very mobile.

3. Chris Simms Texas

Chris has good size and arm strength. He has average mobility, and football smarts.

4. Ken Dorsey Miami

Gets the most out of the talent that sourends him. Does he have the size, and arm strength for the NFL?

5. Seneca Wallace Iowa State

I guarantee you the team that draft Wallace will not be disappointed. He is the best pure playmaker I have seen in a while. The reason he will fall in the draft is due to his lack of great size (5-11 193).

Kliff Kingsbury Texas Tech

Jason Gesser Washington State

3. Dwone Hicks Middle Tennessee State

His junior stats are 191 carriers for 1,143 yards and 20 TD's.

Avon may be one of the more underrated backs in football.
